Combat & Safe Zones: Inputs, Escape & Knockdowns
Check combat mode, understand safe-zone entry restrictions and handle a knockdown without assuming instant healing.
§Confirm combat mode and location#
The gameplay overlay separates movement from combat actions. It lists Toggle Combat, Punch, Heavy, Block and Dodge in the combat state. Start by reading the input beside each action on your device.
If attacks do nothing, inspect whether you are in basketball mode or a protected area. Test outside the activity with a willing partner. A failed punch alone does not establish a broken style or a server-wide bug.
§A combat tag can block safety#
At 00:06:45 the recorded player reaches a classroom doorway while the red combat state remains active. A message explicitly says the player cannot enter a safe zone yet.
If you see that message, stop repeating the doorway interaction. Create distance from the attacker, watch the combat state and try entry after it clears. Do not promise a fixed timer or a guaranteed route; the recording demonstrates the restriction but does not measure every refresh condition.

§Verify recovery after entry#
An earlier walkthrough describes retreating to a classroom to recover. The stronger interface evidence shows that combat state can prevent entry, so reach the room before treating it as a recovery point.
After entering a protected room, inspect your health bar and whether attacks still connect. Let the current indicators confirm the effect. We have not mapped every safe area, and an outdoor court should not inherit indoor-room rules without a check.
§Read the knockout controls#
A later combat frame shows Getting up in above a downed player and a Disable Carrying control. These explain why your character may be carried after losing a fight.
Use the displayed recovery or carry controls and wait for the state to resolve. The frame does not prove item losses, a Yen penalty or a respawn exploit. Record the visible message if you remain stuck after the countdown.
